Life At Altitude at UNE.
It was my first time at UNE and the festival made it the most awesome experience. It was my first time in a silent disco as well.
The weirdest and greatest new experience with people I barely knew.
First ever real concert.
Made it to the barricade, went absolutely crazy and then had to carry my friend, who at the time was at least 3 times my size and weight, to a security guard because she passed out and I couldn’t lift her over the barricade.
Win.
This was the second time I’d seen the Starting Line and the first time I’d gone to a festival/concert with my boyfriend (at the time). Looking back I should have just enjoyed myself and not let him ruin my day, even though it was pretty messed already.
Horrible Outcomes of Soundwave 2011:
Positive Outcomes of Soundwave 2011:
KE$HA.
Went to see her for my birthday, say what you want, but she’s freaking amazing live.
One of the best concerts I’ve ever been to.
Beardo was the opening act, he is the weirdest dude ever.
Ever.
The second time I’ve seen Boys Like Girls live, they’re still incredible.
This was the concert where I learned that Hot Chelle Rae have amazing talent, and the lead singer of Heroes for Hire is a completely arrogant twat, who will hit on a girl under the age of 17 who was dressed sluttier than an actual prostitute.
He’s all class.
The worst festival I’ve ever been to but an excellent line-up.
Just a hectic bad day, another heatwave, weird head space and my friend’s sister got food poisoning and puked all through Muse.
Just a weird day…
Was in the middle of a heatwave. 30+ degrees in a festival was the worst.
Soundwave ‘08 was my first ever Music Festival.
It was hardcore as hell for a ‘first-timer.’
